San Diego Charger Wide Receiver, Chris Chambers, hosts his 5th year of football camps in Cleveland, Ohio
CLEVELAND, OH – San Diego Charger wide receiver, Chris Chambers, will be hosting his 5th year of football camps in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. This year Chris will host a Youth Football Skills Camp open for all children ages 9-14. In addition, he will host the Bedford Stars Team Football Skills Camp, which will include high school teams from the Ohio area.
The Youth Skills Camp will be held on Friday, June 20th, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. at Collinwood High School. The Bedford Stars Team Football Skills Camp, co-hosted by Buffalo Bills Standout Lee Evans, will be held on Saturday, June 21st, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Bedford High School.
If you are a high school football lover, you do not want to miss your chance to see the top talent in the area. Participants will receive first class instruction, camp shirts, pictures, gift bags, autographs and more. Spectators are welcome free of charge for both events. NFL players from around the league will accompany Chris during the camps. The high school camp is by invitation only, but we are accepting registrations for the Youth Football Skills Camp TODAY!

Annual Chambers Foundation Camp featuring the Bedford Stars
Began in 2005, the Chambers Sports Foundation Annual Bedford Stars Camp takes place at Chris Chambers former high school, Bedford High School in Bedford, Ohio each year. The camp continues to gain popularity each year attracting over 200 participants from twelve Northeastern Ohio area high school varsity football teams. The purpose of the event is to teach young varsity players advanced offensive and defensive fundamentals of football, enhancing their athletic ability through instructional training drills and remedial practices.
The heart of the camp consists of learning advanced techniques and skills for immediate application. An NFL athlete will provide instruction on both the physical and mental aspects of the game within designated station areas.
The camp consists of two sessions, morning and afternoon. The morning session generally consists of six agility stations and individual instruction. The station areas include: blocking, ball carrying, passing/receiving, quarterback skills, agility drills, two and three point stance, secondary technique and coverages. The afternoon session consists of a seven on seven team passing competition with awards given to the top three high school teams in the competition.
Each varsity player receives a souvenir bag, access to NFL talent autographs, and photos after the camp to commemorate their experience.
